IDX stands for Internet Data Exchange. The purpose is to link all current Multiple Listing Service (MLS) information and data to a website.
Is there a contract or time commitment with your services?
No. Real Estate Impact is a pay as you go, month to month, full service website provider.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. We will continue to renew your domain name for you each year. If you should decide to
discontinue your service with Real Estate Impact or wish to move your domain to another server, we will assist you with that process.
How will my information be updated and timely on my website?
Here are Real Estate Impact, we update all real estate websites every
day from the MLS. If your listings are current in the MLS, then they will be current on your website - no need to enter your data twice! |
